Division for Integrated Care

The Division of Integrated Care deals with the development, implementation, and evaluation of integrated care strategies and concepts in the field of nursing and care of people in national and international community settings.

Research areas such as health literacy, empowerment, digitization, information, and counseling represent important theoretical constructs that enable everyday suitability of integrated care concepts possible from a systemic, institutional, and person concerned perspective.
