Mission

Our research interest is in the development and application of statistical modelling for epidemiological and clinical questions, and in the planning, implementation and evaluation of epidemiologic studies, clinical trials, and public health interventions with the aim to identify risk factors for chronic diseases, to quantify causal relations, and to generate evidence on effective intervention and health promotion programs at the individual and population level.
